Important Information:

• The student must be present in person for all services.
• All our services are provided free of charge.
• All international students must obtain a student residence permit before starting their studies.
• Please visit our office at least 15 days before your current permit expires.
• You must renew your student residence permit before it expires. A fine will be charged by the Immigration Police for every day of unauthorized overstay.

To Apply for a Student Visa:

• Official University Acceptance Letter
• The city in your home country where you will receive the visa (must have an Iranian Embassy or Consulate)
• Please Note: Your visa application tracking code from the Student Affairs Organization (saorg.ir) must be approved first.

To Get a Student Residence Permit:

• Original Passport
• Original Student Visa
• Health & Accident Insurance (for international students)
• Three Personnel Photos
• Photocopy of your Student Visa
• Photocopy of your Passport's Information Page
• University Acceptance Letter

To Extend Your Student Residence Permit:

• Original Passport
• Two Personnel Photos
• Letter from your University

To Get an Exit and Re-Entry Permit:

• Original Passport
• One Personnel Photo
• Letter from your University

To Get a Final Exit Visa:

• Original Passport
• Two Passport-Sized Photos
• Letter from your University
